How we use it
Your information is used to answer your inquiry, quote availability and pricing, fulfil orders and keep records of transactions. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Device data
Every device that passes through our bench is securely erased and reset to factory state before grading. We do not retain, recover or transfer any residual data found on intake devices.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — email delivery, shipping carriers and payment processors — and only to the extent needed to complete your request, or where required by law.
Retention and security
Inquiry and order records are retained as long as needed for business and tax purposes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold.
