Quotes and orders
Quotes reflect availability at the time they are issued and are not binding until an order is confirmed in writing. Stock is allocated on confirmation, and pricing may change if the requested mix, grade or volume changes.
Grading standard
Devices are graded against one consistent cosmetic standard, described at the time of quote. Grades describe cosmetic condition only; all units ship functionally tested regardless of grade.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full before dispatch. Orders left unpaid past the agreed terms may be released back into available stock.
Shipping and risk
Units are documented by grade and model and packed for transit. Risk passes on delivery to the carrier unless we have agreed otherwise. Shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Inspection and returns
Please inspect shipments on arrival and report any discrepancy, damage or functional fault within seven days of delivery, with the serial numbers affected. Approved returns must be sent back in the condition and packaging received.
Warranty and liability
Refurbished devices are sold with the limited warranty stated on your invoice and are not covered by original manufacturer warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the affected units.
Data responsibility
Devices you send to us should be backed up and, where possible, removed from activation locks before shipping. We securely erase all intake devices and are not responsible for data lost in that process.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date your order is confirmed is the version that applies to that order.
